Nancy Burger has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1977. After graduating from law school, she worked as an Acquisition Manager for a commercial real estate development company for two years. During this period she gained extensive knowledge in commercial real estate, commercial leases, and environmental law. Nancy brings this experience to her practice of law. She provides legal services to clients purchasing or selling residential real estate; for-sale-by-owner; purchasing or selling commercial real estate, 1031 exchanges, and commercial leasing. She represents builders and owners who are having trouble having new homes constructed. Many realtors and bankers refer clients to Nancy. Nancy also provides estate planning services and has been a guest speaker at Estate Planning Seminars hosted by Edward Jones and Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. Nancy is dedicated to the community and has served on the Board of Directors for non-profit corporations, Washtenaw Counsel for the Arts and Chamber Music Ann Arbor. She was a co-founder of the Milan Area Historical Society. |
